Are you an insurance company?+

No. Motor Accident Assistance is an independent collision repair and accident support business. We do not sell insurance or provide insurance advice.

Do I have to pay an excess?+

If you were not at fault, you may not need to claim on your own policy or pay an excess. This depends on your circumstances, so we will explain the available options before you proceed.

Can you speak with an insurer for me?+

Where you authorise us, we can communicate with insurers about your repairs and related matters.

How quickly can you help?+
